- Monterey Regional Airport (MRY) | 10-minute transfer to hotel
- San Jose International Airport (SJC) | 90-minute transfer to hotel
- San Francisco International Airport (SFO) | 120-minute transfer to hotel
- Airport Transfers:
- Arrivals: provided on Tuesday/Wednesday based on arrival times
- Departures: provided on Friday at 2:30 PM and 4:30 PM.
- Transfers will not be provided on Saturday.
- Local Bricksters: transportation will be provided via the SF and MTV offices
- Departure: Wednesday at 2:00 PM
- Arrival: Friday at 4:30 PM
HOUSING
R&D Planning Offsite will have room blocks at both the Portola Hotel and Spa and Hotel Pacific in Monterey, CA - located in beautiful downtown within a few minutes walk.
A hotel reservation will be made on your behalf based on your approved arrival day and departure on Friday. Your hotel assignment and hotel confirmation number will be shared with you three weeks prior to your arrival.
INTERNATIONAL + EAST COAST TRAVELER
If you are departing on Saturday from San Jose or San Francisco due to flight availability, it is recommended you reserve a hotel via Egencia for Friday night and take the provided group shuttle to the local office.
PERSONAL EXTENSIONS
Should you like to extend in Monterey beyond your approval arrival/departure dates for personal reasons, please note in your housing request. Our registration will confirm availability and share rate with you. You are responsible for paying for any personal extensions.
